At Sabre Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flatware and dinnerware; if you are not, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Sabre Paris boxes and include the provided return authorization slip to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
